What I actually spend the day doing, and the tools that happen to be involved.
Custom themes and feature work on sites that already have traffic, history and people depending on them. Most of the craft is in what you don't break.
Semantic markup and CSS architecture that a stranger can still read a year later. BEM when the project calls for structure, utilities when it calls for speed.
WCAG compliance and technical SEO handled during the build instead of retrofitted after an audit comes back red.
GSAP for interfaces that move with intent, and, because of the photography, an eye for the image side of a page, not just the code side.
AI inside the build rather than around it: agent-driven scaffolding and refactors, read and reviewed like any other commit before they reach a branch.

Photography
Freelance photographer since August 2019: landscape, product, portrait.
It isn't a hobby section. Framing, light and knowing when an image is doing too much are the same judgements a page layout needs, and clients who need both get one person instead of two.
